Christine Molitor has over fifteen years experience in executive recruitment, human resources, performance management and leadership development consulting. During this time she has contributed to the growth and success of client businesses across a diverse range of industries and market sectors, locally, nationally and globally.
Immediately prior to forming molitorjames, she was one of four founding equity partners in a boutique Adelaide based consulting business, where in addition to managing a consulting team, she undertook selected senior executive recruitment assignments, and lead the establishment of the firm's learning and development practice.
Accustomed to working at the executive level, she has specialist expertise in enhancing personal, team and organisational performance, through coaching and leadership development programs, strategic planning facilitation, and organisational culture analysis and development initiatives.
Christine has a Degree in Psychology and an MBA, in addition to formal qualifications in a variety of specialist consulting tools including Human Synergistics and Emotional Intelligence. She is also a graduate and member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the current Vice-Chair of Townsend House (a not for profit organisation assisting children, and their families, with sight and hearing impairments).
Kerin James has spent ten years in the senior executive recruitment market, including six years with a leading Adelaide based recruitment firm as a Senior Associate and 12 months as Director of Recruitment for a growing national recruitment and organisational development organisation, prior to forming molitorjames. Possessing qualifications in human resource management, Kerin's earlier career years included nine years as a human resource manager and consultant for several companies in Adelaide and Melbourne. In addition to her well developed experience in executive recruitment and team management, she possesses strong expertise in workforce analysis, organisational reviews, human resource consulting and remuneration and benefit advice and reviews.
Kerin is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management.
Mark Molitor brings to molitorjames and its clients a wealth of executive level commercial experience, understanding, and acumen gained across a diverse range of industry sectors (both products and services), including over 12 years at Director and Managing Director level within executive recruitment and human resources consulting environments. A highly successful coach and leader himself, Mark is passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential, and has a strong understanding of the key issues impacting culture, performance and accountability.
Mark has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (English), is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has served on several boards, in addition to his involvement with a variety of community based organisations and initiatives.
