Some of our current tools include the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) and the Reuven Bar-On Emotional Intelligence EQ-i self report and the EQ 360 assessment by others, a tool which is suited to identifying high potential talent within an organisation.
